About this resource

Module 1 gives your Lead Team the diagnosis: a needs analysis that names why PLCs are not working at your school. Module 2 gives your facilitators the skills to act on it: norms, agendas, the Short Data Cycle, and the facilitation moves that keep a meeting productive. Together they cover a school's first semester of implementation. The bundle saves $29 over buying the modules separately.
