Most schools respond to struggling PLCs by adding structure: more meetings, more forms, more accountability. That rarely works, because the structure was never the problem. Module 1 guides your Lead Team through finding the actual source of the breakdown at your school. You will define what a PLC is and what makes one ineffective, conduct and analyze a needs analysis with your own staff and data, and turn what you find into a VOYAGE Horizons goal you can implement.
