Most initiatives start strong and quietly stall. Module 3 is for schools that have implemented Modules 1 and 2 and want the work to keep improving instead of settling. The module builds five habits into your PLCs: staying flexible and refining practices as conditions change, using data analysis as the foundation for growth, reflecting on progress and adjusting teaching in response, celebrating wins and spreading what works between teams, and solving problems collaboratively so changes actually get executed. The goal is a PLC culture where improvement is the routine, not the initiative. For Lead Teams and facilitators continuing the work.
